This 3 bed 2 bath condo is located at Island Club an attractive gated community created around a
wooded conservation area located close to Disney World and other Central Florida attractions. This second
floor unit has cathedral ceilings which give it a sense of light and space. The kitchen is fully equipped, including
a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with double wide french doors leading out onto
a balcony providing a beautiful view of nature area. Make use of the outside patio furniture for a meal or a delicious
cup of coffee. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with the third bedroom having two twin beds. All 3
bedrooms have plenty of hanging and storage space via the walk in closets. Bath and pool towels as well as linens
are provided for your comfort.
Community Amenities:
The Island Villa Club offers, two heated swimming pools,
a tennis court, volleyball court, arcade, children's play area, and fitness center. Communal BBQ's are also available
on a 1st come - 1st serve basis
